CANCELLATION POLICY
Please be aware that all deposits made for scheduled appointments are non-refundable. Cancellations made within 24 hours or on the day of the appointment or no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the service total. This policy is in place to respect and protect my time, preparation, and other client scheduling opportunities. If you need to reschedule your appointment, it must be done at least 48 hours in advance in order for your original deposit to transfer to the new date. Any rescheduling made less than 48 hours in advance will require a new deposit to secure a new appointment. Thank you for your understanding and support!
